A Tucson favorite since 1998, is an independently owned, fine-dining restaurant with seating for 200 people in the restaurant and lounge. Pastiche is centrally located, just
two miles north of the University of Arizona. Though upscale, Pastiche remains casual and welcoming; the colorful, warm surroundings convey hospitality and comfort while the spaciousness of the dining room offers breathing space and privacy. Local artists share their vibrant, unique and changing works throughout the restaurant.
Pastiche's menu offers eclectic American-based cuisine with influences from all over the world. The menu changes frequently to accommodate guests' tastes and preferences, as well as to benefit from the finest seasonal opportunities. Daily specials also draw on the availability of fresh fish, local produce and specialty meats, including Certified Angus Beef®.
In addition to the Spectator Magazine award-winning wine list, Pastiche has a full bar and is open until 10:00pm seven nights a week; the late hours are very popular with theater groups, movie-goers, and other night owls. Pastiche is also open most holidays.

From the onset of our restaurant over 15 years ago, Pastiche has been strongly committed to and involved with our Tucson community. From donating food to AIDS outreach patients and the homeless, to providing cuisine and staff at numerous charity events, to contributing countless gift certificates to various nonprofits, our commitment is genuine and ongoing.
However, like other businesses, our resources are limited and we cannot say "yes" to everyone requesting a donation. In 1999, we began a unique and popular charitable contributions campaign called "Philanthropy with Phlavor". Through the "Philanthropy with Phlavor" program, Pastiche's patrons assisted by deciding who would receive the majority of Pastiche's charitable dollars. Twice each year, throughout the months of June and October, our guests would not only enjoy an outstanding meal, but also have the opportunity to choose their favorite nonprofit organization to receive a donation from Pastiche. Each time a customer would dine at Pastiche, get Take-Out food, make a purchase at the Pastiche Wine and Cheese Shop, or buy Pastiche gift certificates during June and October, we would invite them to choose one of 40 nonprofit organizations to receive 5% of their check amount (before sales tax, gratuity, or discounts). After tallying the responses, Pastiche sent out checks and gift cards to the different charities.
As of June 2013, two things occurred: after eight years, the Pastiche Wine and Cheese Shop closed and, after fourteen years, Pastiche decided to take a break from the "Philanthropy with Phlavor" program, with June being the last one. Although many of our patrons are disappointed by these events, be assured that Pastiche will continue to be active and generous within our terrific Tucson community. Stay tuned because we anticipate many exciting changes in the restaurant.
Pastiche's menu is a "collage" of food from different regions, ethnicities, and styles, and so are the people at Pastiche. Staff ages range from 16 to the 70's, from high school and college students, to parents and grandparents, and come from all over the world. Many have worked at Pastiche for over ten years, resulting in a close bond among employees and guests, creating an inviting, friendly atmosphere.
