A Tucson favorite since 1998, is an independently owned, fine-dining restaurant with seating for 200 people in the restaurant and lounge. Pastiche is centrally located, just
two miles north of the University of Arizona. Though upscale, Pastiche remains casual and welcoming; the colorful, warm surroundings convey hospitality and comfort while the spaciousness of the dining room offers breathing space and privacy. Local artists share their vibrant, unique and changing works throughout the restaurant.
Pastiche's menu offers eclectic American-based cuisine with influences from all over the world. The menu changes frequently to accommodate guests' tastes and preferences, as well as to benefit from the finest seasonal opportunities. Daily specials also draw on the availability of fresh fish, local produce and specialty meats, including Certified Angus Beef®.
In addition to the Spectator Magazine award-winning wine list, Pastiche has a full bar and is open until 10:00pm seven nights a week; the late hours are very popular with theater groups, movie-goers, and other night owls. Pastiche is also open most holidays. Pastiche Modern Eatery is open day through Friday from 11:30 until 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 4:30 until 10:00pm!

From the onset of our restaurant, Pastiche Modern Eatery has had a strong, personal commitment of being involved and helping out as much as possible in our Tucson community. From volunteering at a local homeless shelter, to planning city-wide fundraising events for different groups, to having underprivileged kids tour, dine and learn at Pastiche, to donating food to AIDS outreach patients, to volunteering at our kid's schools, to donating countless gift certificates, food and staff for charity events, our commitment is genuine and ongoing.
However, not unlike other restaurants, our resources are limited and we cannot say "yes" to everyone requesting a cash or gift certificate donation. Many years ago we decided that we had to come up with a "plan". As a result, Pastiche Modern Eatery has conducted a unique and verypopular charitable contributions campaign in Tucson called "Philanthropy with Phlavor". Through the "Philanthropy with Phlavor" program, Pastiche's patrons aid us in deciding who receives the majority of Pastiche's charitable dollars. Twice each year, throughout the months of June and October, our guests not only enjoy an outstanding meal but also have the opportunity to choose their favorite nonprofit organization to receive a donation from Pastiche.
The program is simple: each time a customer dines at Pastiche, orders Take-Out food, makes a purchase at the Pastiche Wine Shop, or buys Pastiche gift certificates during the months of June and October, our staff invites them to choose one of 40+ nonprofit organizations to receive 5% of their check amount (before tax, gratuity, or discounts). After organizing and researching the thousands of responses from our guests, Pastiche sends out the checks to our community's hardworking and extremely valuable nonprofits.
Pastiche's menu is a "collage" of food from different regions, ethnicities, and styles, and so are the people at Pastiche. Staff ages range from 16 to the 70's, from high school and college students, to parents and grandparents, and come from all over the world. Many have worked at Pastiche for over ten years, resulting in a close bond among employees and guests, creating an inviting, friendly atmosphere.
