Every Tuesday Chef James creates a wonderful Steak Dinner for you! Pastiche uses only Certified Angus Beef® graded cuts of meat. Enjoy Chef’s creation along with our dinner salad for only $15. As some of you may be aware, Tucson has recently lost, or will soon be losing, several of its wonderful and unique restaurants. As a colleague in this funny restaurant business, I have grown very close to some of these individuals who operate and own these restaurants. I am terribly saddened to see that Terra Cotta will be closing its doors. That restaurant has a special place in my heart. It was my first job in Tucson and I realized that I wanted to be a restaurateur while working there, and, most importantly, I met my wife there. Thank you, Don, Donna, Michael & Maya for the wonderful memories and fantastic dining experiences. I will always warmly remember Café Terra Cotta.
